Deutsch, Abstract: Die Grundung eines Unternehmens stellt den
potenziellen Unternehmer vor diverse Hurden. Zunachst einmal gilt
es eine Idee zu entwickeln, die am Markt erfolgreich platziert
werden kann. Daraufhin muss ein Businessplan entworfen werden, der
die wichtigsten Kennzahlen und die zu erwartenden Ein- und Ausgaben
gegenuberstellt, um die Uberlebensfahigkeit der Geschaftsidee am
freien Markt darzustellen. Nach erfolgreicher Absolvierung dieser
Punkte, muss die Idee in die Realitat umgesetzt werden. Dazu zahlt
vor allem die Bekanntmachung des Unternehmens. Hierfur mussen
zunachst alle Grundlagen stehen, die ein festes Gerust bilden, auf
das die kommunikativen Massnahmen aufbauen konnen. Je genauer die
Ausarbeitung der eigenen Idee erfolgt, desto eher lasst sich eine
Differenzierung vom Wettbewerb erreichen und ein
Alleinstellungsmerkmal entwickeln, das sich in den Kopfen der
potenziellen Kunden verankert und somit fur eine nachhaltige
Bindung sorgt. Daraus ergibt sich fur meine Arbeit folgende
Fragestellung: Welche Massnahmen sind notig, um mit einer
Unternehmensgrundung sowohl inhaltlich als auch kommunikativ,
Relevanz innerhalb der Zielgruppe zu erlangen? Die Beantwortung
dieser Frage bedarf einer umfassenden Recherche der ortlichen
Gegebenheiten, der Konkurrenz und auch des sich im Wandel
befindlichen Essverhaltens. Diese Punkte bilden die Grundlage fur
die zu entwickelnden Massnahmen und legen das Fundament fur eine
erfolgreiche Unternehmensgrundu
